Flyers will not be approved until two weeks after the start date of school, the week prior to the winter holidays, the first week of the second semester or the last three weeks of school.
Flyer Uploading Process
Pflugerville ISD will consider requests to distribute information to students from organizations that provide youth-oriented activities and/or programs that support the educational enrichment of students. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved (please see approval criteria below), your flyer will be distributed to all parents at selected schools via email.
To submit eflyers for approval:
- Visit Peachjar
- Register as an Enrichment Provider (account type).
- Upload your flyer for approval. Flyer must be uploaded as a PDF.
NOTE: If you are a parent group at one of our PfISD schools, these instructions do not apply. Please contact your campus Peachjar e-flyer coordinator.
If a non-profit organization has a completely free event, and does not require any future payment, you may be eligible to submit a flyer at no charge. For more information, please contact Peachjar at 858-997-2117 and choose Option 3.
