•  Originally, I am from Canyon, Texas, where I went through the public school system from start to finish.  I then stayed in my home town to get my BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from West Texas A & M University.  Upon completing my undergraduate degree, I began teaching 3rd grade in Plainview, TX.  After spending three years there, I moved to the Austin area, and began teaching 3rd grade right here at Timmerman Elementary.  At the same time, I was going to school at the University of Texas to get my masters degree.  In 2003, I completed my degree and received a Master's in Education in Educational Psychology.  After spending one year in Georgetown ISD as a school counselor, I was asked to interview for the counselor position at Timmerman, and never looked back.  I returned to Timmerman in 2005, and would not want to be anywhere else.  Timmerman has such a unique atmosphere of supportive parents, hardworking staff, and wonderful students.  It is truly a great place to be!!
Please let me know if there is something I can do for you this year.  Be sure to check back to the counselor's webpage periodically as it will be updated from time to time.  I look forward to working with you and your child.
