Thank you for entrusting us with your most valuable resource, your student! We have had an amazing 6 weeks at Ruth Barron and know it is only just the beginning of great things to come! We love being a steward to our community, families, and scholars. Please keep the lines of communication open and ask questions. ☺

    Reminders
    • Tardies and absences do matter; your child needs to be here every day unless they are sick! Please send a note with the reason student was absent or doctor’s note.
    • Homework is given every night as well as Reading for 20 minutes; please make sure you are helping your scholar in the process!
    • Please make sure your student is wearing tennis shoes on days that they go to PE so they can participate in activities.
    • We are in need of hand sanitizer and Clorox Wipes. If you would like to donate either one to the classroom we would greatly appreciate it!

    What are we learning?
Science- Changing Matter, and natural resources versus man-made.

Reading-Identifying the beginning, middle, and end, characters, plots, and setting of a story to build comprehension.
