RemindersPosted by Maria Perez at 4/18/2017
With the end of the year quickly approaching, here are some reminders and information:
- End of Year Activity permission slips and money are being collected this week and next week. If your student needs an extra permission slip, they can get one from Ms. Perez.
- Fidgets are all the rage right now. We are seeing all sorts of devices to help students focus but please remind your kiddos that if they are using a fidget in their classes, it should not be a distraction. If it is a distraction, it is the teachers discretion to ask them to put it away or hand it over.
- EPIC- encourage your student to attend EPIC with their teachers/classes that they need assistance. Please know that the cafeteria is merely a study hall and they do not get help from a teacher in there. If a student is signed by a teacher, they are expected to attend that EPIC.
- Candy- we've noticed some students bringing candy/snacks/soda to school and selling it to their peers. This is not allowed and items will be confiscated.
- Library fines- all fines need to be paid prior to May 26th.
Lots of information to be shared. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Perez at email@example.com.

We are officially in our 2nd week of school and I must say that our 7th graders are doing an amazing job of representing PCMS! On Friday, I met with the 7th Grade Class at our yearly assembly and again, it was great to see how well the students did and I truly believe it is going to be an awesome year!!!
Please keep an eye out for our Grade Level Fliers going home with week with your student. They are yellow and hold a wealth of information for both students and parents. This flier will also be posted on our website by the end of the week.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or (512)594-2418.
