9th – 12th Grades

  

                    Tuesday, July 30th - 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM *(Closed 12:00-1:00 for lunch)

         Wednesday, July 31st - 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM*(Closed 12:00-1:00 for lunch)

         Thursday, August 1st - 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM *(Closed 3:00-4:00 for lunch)

New Student Registration Continues – All Grade Levels

 First Day of School: August 15th

1:00-4:00 PM

Students will begin classes the following day.

 

Starting Friday, August 16th,

all registrations will be on a first come, first served basis.

8:30 AM – 10:30 AM*

 

*Students registering after 10:30 am will begin class the following day

**All Freshmen are required to have proof of residency (lease/mortgage statement and current gas, water, electric bill) to their orientation time.

First Day of School is August 15th

Schedule pick-up in the small gym beginning 8:00 AM for all grades.                  

        

      New Student Registration Process

Students must live in the Pflugerville District

  

Students new to Pflugerville ISD or who are returning from another district will need to complete the new student registration process. A parent or legal guardian must be present at time of registration.

 Please provide the following information at registration: 

  • A birth certificate
  • A Social Security card
  • Parent/Guardian photo ID
  • Last report card or transcript

Incoming 9th graders must provide a report card indicating promotion to the 9th grade. A transcript is the preferred document for 10th, 11th & 12th graders. The transcript aids in the proper class selection for graduation.

  • STAAR results
  • Up-to-date immunization records as listed on www.pfisd.net website
  • Proof of residency (see chart below for requirements)
  • If your student receives Special Education, you will need to schedule a temporary ARD meeting and provide ARD paper documentation. If student receives 504 services please provide documentation of accommodations.

 

 

All applicants must submit at least one document from each of the following three columns:

_____ Legal affidavit regarding sublease.

 

_____ Legal affidavit from landlord affirming tenancy.

 

_____ Temporary Residence Affidavit with updated Driver’s license submitted within 35 days.

 

_____ Section 8 Agreement.

 

_____ Tax Property Statement

 

 

A utility bill or work order dated within the past 60 days:

 

_____ Water bill

 

_____ Gas bill

 

_____ Electric bill

 

_____ Utility Work-order (for new residents)

 

We do not accept cell phone or cable bills. Termination notices are also not accepted.

If a family is sharing housing with an individual/family and does not pay rent under Temporary Residency, the family shall submit a utility bill in the name of the person who owns or leases the property.

If the person registering the student is NOT the parent of the student, we must have a copy of the legal documentation giving you guardianship from the courts. If you do not have legal documentation and you will be the guardian during their attendance at Pflugerville High School, you will need to come to Student Services to obtain the proper paper work.
